The TV guide (EPG) is downloaded separately from the channels. That is why channels can work perfectly while the guide is blank.
If the whole guide is empty
- Using an M3U link? Add the EPG link from your welcome email in the player's EPG settings. Xtream logins usually include the guide automatically.
- Update the guide manually: TiviMate (Settings, EPG, Update), Smarters (Install EPG), IBO (refresh on the website).
- Wait: large guides take a few minutes on the first load.
- Free storage: guides are big; a full Firestick cannot save them.
If some channels have no guide
Not every channel has guide data, and some names in the playlist do not match the guide's IDs. In TiviMate you can link a channel to a guide entry by hand (long-press, EPG).
If the guide is shifted by an hour
