Every provider in our directory delivers access the same way: after payment you receive a welcome email or message with either an Xtream Codes login (server address, username, password), an M3U link, or a portal address for MAG boxes. Setting up IPTV is simply putting those details into the right app on your device.
What your welcome message contains
| Detail | Looks like | Used by |
|---|---|---|
| Xtream Codes login | A server address with a port, a username and a password | TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, most modern apps |
| M3U link | One long web address containing your username | VLC, Kodi, many smart TV apps |
| Portal address | A web address ending in /c/ or similar | MAG boxes, Formuler, STB emulator apps |
| Guide (EPG) link | A web address ending in xmltv.php or .xml | Apps that use an M3U link |
If your app offers Xtream Codes, use it: the channel groups and the TV guide load together. Use the M3U link only where an app has no Xtream Codes option.
Amazon Fire TV and Firestick
- Install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore.
- Open Settings, My Fire TV, About and click the device name seven times to unlock developer options.
- In Developer options, Install unknown apps, allow Downloader.
- Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters (search the Appstore first; use Downloader with the maker's own address if it is not listed).
- Choose the Xtream Codes option and type the server, username and password exactly.
Samsung and LG smart TVs
Smart TVs use their own app stores. Search for IPTV Smarters first; where it is not listed, IBO Player and Smart IPTV are the usual choices. These two show a device ID or MAC address on screen: open the app maker's website on your phone, enter that ID and your M3U link or login, save, then restart the app on the TV. After a trial, those apps ask for a small activation fee that goes to the app maker, not to your IPTV provider.
Android TV, Google TV and Android boxes
Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters from the Play Store, choose Xtream Codes and log in. Android TV boxes are the most flexible IPTV devices: they run every major app and usually have an Ethernet port, which is the single best fix for buffering.
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
TiviMate does not run on Apple devices. Use IPTV Smarters Player Lite, GSE Smart IPTV, iPlayTV or UHF from the App Store, add an Xtream Codes account and wait for the guide to load. On Apple TV, typing with your iPhone's keyboard saves time with long server addresses.
MAG boxes
- Find the MAC address on the sticker under the box.
- Send it to your provider so they can activate it.
- On the box, open Settings, Servers, Portals and enter the portal address you receive.
- Save and restart.
Windows, Mac and Xbox
VLC opens an M3U link from Media, Open Network Stream for quick viewing without a guide. MyIPTV Player on Windows and Xbox adds a guide from the EPG link. On a Mac, apps such as UHF and IPTVX run from the App Store.
After setup
- Hide channel groups you never watch and build a favourites list; smaller lists load faster.
- Keep two or three days of guide data on small sticks.
- Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi for the main TV.
- Keep the welcome email: you need it for new devices and renewals.
If it does not work
| Message | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Invalid login or 401 | A typo: missing http://, port number or a space after the password |
| Channels load, guide empty | An M3U login without the EPG link, or the guide has not refreshed yet |
| Some channels black | Switch the app's player or decoder in its settings |
| App "expired" | The app's own trial ended (smart TV apps), not necessarily your subscription |
Questions
Which login should I use?
Xtream Codes wherever the app supports it; the M3U link only in apps that have no Xtream Codes option.
Do I need a new subscription for each device?
No. One login works on every device; the plan sets how many play at the same time.
Why does my smart TV app ask for a MAC address?
It loads your playlist through the app maker's website, using that ID to find your TV.
