A pre-sales message is the cheapest test of an IPTV provider: it costs nothing, and the reply shows how the store treats customers before it has their money. Here are the ten questions worth asking, and what a good answer looks like.

#QuestionA good answer
1Are these channels included? (list three to five)A yes or no for each one
2Which app do you recommend for my device?A named app for your exact device
3How many screens can play at once on this plan?A number, and what happens if you exceed it
4Do you send an Xtream Codes login, an M3U link or both? Both, or a clear answer
5Is there a TV guide, and is it in my time zone?Yes, with how to fix the time if needed
6How quickly are login details sent after payment?A realistic time, not "instantly guaranteed"
7What does your refund policy cover?Specific cases, in writing
8Does anything renew automatically?A clear yes or no
9How do I renew without losing my settings?Time added to the same login
10Where do I get help after I buy?The same channel that answered you now

How to read the replies

  • Specific answers to your exact questions are a strong sign.
  • Asking which device you use, before recommending an app, shows real support.
  • A written refund policy you can point to later matters more than a promise.
  • A copy-pasted sales message that ignores your questions.
  • Pressure to buy a long plan first.
  • No answer at all until you have paid.

Where to send them

Questions

What should I ask an IPTV provider first?

Whether three to five channels you care about are included; the answer and its speed say a lot about the store.

Is a fast reply enough?

No. A specific answer to your actual question matters more than speed.

Where do I contact an IPTV store?

Through the contact channel on its own website, usually Telegram, WhatsApp or a form.
