GSE Smart IPTV has been around for years on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Android. It is free with ads (a small purchase removes them), and it supports Xtream Codes, M3U and separate EPG sources.
Add Viking IPTV
- Open GSE and tap the menu, then Xtream Codes API.
- Tap +, enter a name, server address, username and password.
- Tap the new entry to load channels. The guide loads with it.
Using an M3U link instead? Choose Remote playlists, add the link, then add the EPG link under EPG sources.
Useful features
- Parental lock: set a PIN and lock groups.
- Casting to Chromecast and AirPlay.
- Playlist manager: several accounts side by side.
- Player options: switch the decoder if a channel stutters.
On Apple TV
The tvOS version can sync playlists from the iPhone version, which saves typing on the remote.
