M3U links are long and easy to break. When an app says "playlist could not be loaded", check these.
- Copy the whole link. It usually ends with something like type=m3u_plus or output=ts. A missing end breaks it.
- No spaces or line breaks from the email.
- Ampersands (&) must stay as they are; some apps or websites encode them to &.
- Test in VLC: if VLC loads it, the link is good and the app is the problem.
- File size: very large playlists can time out on smart TV apps. Use Xtream Codes instead where possible; it loads in parts.
- Network: some ISPs block playlist domains. Test on mobile data.
- Account: an expired plan returns an empty or error playlist.
Prefer Xtream Codes over M3U whenever your app offers it. It is faster, includes the guide and is less fragile.
