# IPTV on Chromecast with Google TV

The Chromecast with Google TV (and its successor, the Google TV Streamer) is not a cast-only dongle: it runs full Google TV with Google Play, so you install IPTV players on it like on any Android TV.

## Setup

- Finish the Google TV setup and install updates.

## The storage problem

## Ethernet

There is no Ethernet port, but a USB-C hub with Ethernet and power pass-through works. For evening football it is worth it.

## Old cast-only Chromecasts
